SKRIPSI IDENTIFIKASI FLAVONOID PADA FRAKSI n-BUTANOL DAUN BUGENVIL (Bougainvillea spectabilis Willd)""
ABSTRAKrnDaun Bougainvillea dilaporkan memiliki aktivitas anti-inflamasi, aktivitas anti-hiperglikemia, aktivitas insektisida, anti maag, antimikroba dan aktivitas antidiare. Tanaman bugenvil (Bougainvillea spectabilis) mengandung flavonoid, sehingga dilakukan peneliti untuk mengetahui golongan flavonoid yang terdapat di daun bugenvil. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui senyawa flavonoid yang terdapat pada daun bugenvil. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara ekstraksi dan fraksinasi. Kemudian dilakukan skrining fitokimia, dilanjutkan dengan KLT & spektrofotometer dengan menggunakan pereaksi geser. Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan fitokimia dari fase n-butanol daun bugenvil menunjukkan adanya senyawa flavonoid. Hasil KLT ekstrak fraksi dengan eluen BAA (4:1:5) diperoleh n-butanol yang pemisahannya baik dan teridentifikasi flavonoid. Hasil KLT fraksi n-butanol terdapat 2 noda yaitu Rf1 0,46 dan Rf2 0,74. Pada Rf1 positif flavonoid. Hasil uji spektrofotometer UV-Vis menghasilkan 364 nm (pita I) dan 271 nm (pita II). Identifikasi isolat Rf1 dengan spektrofotometer UV-Vis menggunakan pereaksi geser diduga isolat Rf1 mengandung senyawa flavonoid golongan flavonol.rnKata kunci: Daun bugenvil (Bougainvillea spectabilis), flavonoid, n-butanol, spektrovotometer UV-Vis, pereaksi geser.rnABSTRACTrnBougainvillea leaf have anti inflammation activity, anti hyperglycemia activity, insecticides activity, anti maag, antimicrobials and anti diarrhea activity. Plant of Bouganivillea spectabilis contains many chemical compounds such as flavonoid, so researcher want to know type of flavonoid which are contained in Bouganivillea spectabilis leaves. The purpose of this research is to investigate the flavonoid compounds contained in Bougainvillea spectabilis leaves. Research was extracted using maceration method and fractionation. And then phytochemical screening, moreover by Thin Layer Chromatography and used addition of a shift reagent. The n-butanol phase phytochemical screening showed the presence of compounds of flavonoid. The resulting of TLC from n-butanol phase in etanol extract of Bougainvillea spectabilis leaves has been done with BAA (4:1:5) eluent obtained n-butanol that separation was good and identified flavonoid. The result TLC n-butanol phase make two spots were Rf1 0,46 dan Rf2 0,74. On Rf1 positive flavonoid. UV-Vis spectrum result showed absorption peaks at 364 nm (peak I) and 271 nm (peak II).
